Pros
Great benefits and perks established company backed by Infosys
Cons
Horrible management Management changes the company direction constantly. There is a high turnover rate for VP level which means new VPs coming in and changing the direction all over again. Very slow working pace. Bad inter-department collaboration. Each department just likes to point fingers and blame each other. People who have been in the company a while but aren't management are overlooked and ignored. They promote internally but they won't pay you for your new role. They always claim "you're getting an opportunity to grow your career without previous experience in the role" and try and get away with not giving you a raise for your promotion for as long as they can. They only give raises during the annual review, so if you get a promotion at the beginning of the year you have a to wait a long time to get compensated even though you have immediate full responsibility in your new role. The company is always performing horribly. Everyone is always worried that at any point you'll be laid off because of how the company constantly misses growth projections,
