      Work-Life balance, Great Culture, Interesting business area, The company is in a great process of technical evolution (Front end rewriting, new AWS services and architecture, Company is on a positive profitability path and great strategic management.

      Cons

      Legacy heavy monolith product, many employees have been working here for 5-7-10 years, which makes it a bit harder to innovate ("Teaching old dogs new tricks", etc...).

      -Panaya has been the most open-door, friendly company I have ever worked for. -A true feeling of family when you work here. -All levels of management are available for support at any time. -Product development is quick and listens to the customers. -Comp plan is fantastic

      Cons

      -Your typical bumps of a young, small company. -Shifts in go to market plan make it challenging from a sales perspective. -Lots of changes, good and bad
