Pros
Pay is a bit higher than most other fast food places. If you apply yourself and show initiative, there is great opportunities for advancement within the company. Many of my co-workers started off small and gradually made their way up to manager positions.
Cons
Can be very tiring cleaning, cooking, and registering customers especially on busy days. Management have a tough love approach to you and can be both critical as well as very friendly. Customers can also be a huge pain, especially if they do not know how to order (but that's found in all businesses).
