Pros
It's a inspiring job that actively encourages a hard worker to move up the ladder to management positions. Panda is really interested not only in the guests that they serve, but improving and helping their employees too.
Cons
It can be stressful during rush hours and there just isn't enough people to keep track of everything within the store or to cover breaks. Helping guests is the number 1 priority, so sometimes keeping track of cleanliness (which is usually #2 in priorities) goes a little down.
