Pros
Flexible scheduling, they offer a pathway ability for advancement, decent pay, solid team members, free meals after working certain amount of hours, I also like how we would ask if cx would like to donate to children's hospitals
Cons
Management is literally feared. When area managers come or we got a "visit" every manager from around the area would come to the store and make sure everyone is clean and hair is 100% pulled back or else they'd make you gel your hair down or wet it. They'd have razors and have the guys clean shave their face. Managers had a lot of "meetings" at restaurants for hours.
