Pandora itself as a company do reward their staff members and pay them fairly, and also care about their well being etc even sending well being packs and gifting jewellery, it’s the staff and management that I have an issue with
Cons
Constantly shamed if do not reach sales targets even though trying so well. More experienced staff and supervisors tell lies to managers to try and get you the sack if they think someone else if better than you.
