where do I start. the management are set up like a total dictatorship. they feel no sympathy or remorse. they will have workers doing the same activity for hours on end. they use scare tactics to get work done. the induction is nothing like what you have to do on a daily basis. your always told to keep busy even when there is nothing to do. I urge anyone who thinks about working with this company to please find somewhere else. the 4 months i worked for this company were the worst of my life and i have been through wars and numerous refugee camps. the supervisor thinks he is the be all and end all of the company and told me on the first day that he is the only expert in the company and that he knew everything about everything. this list can go on and on but if you are not from eastern europe you will find your life a living hell. they also underpay you on many occasions so its up to you to poin that out, that happened to me 3 times and it got sorted after i took it up with the supervisor who was adament that i was paid fully even though i proved otherwise.
