Great teammates. The colleagues (excluding management) were the only genuinely positive aspect of the workplace.
Cons
Poor management. The CEO is self-centered, fostering a toxic environment. Employees face excessive workloads with no recognition, as if it's merely expected of them. The compensation is far below what the role demands, despite unreasonable expectations. There’s a pervasive assumption that employees are idle unless constantly working, including weekends, yet efforts are never acknowledged or respected.
