No pros unfortunately at all

Pankl UK is most probably the worst company to work for. There is favouritism, management talk behind staff members back, use members of staff. If they don’t like someone they will find ways to push them out and this is known from direct communication. If you looking at this because of thinking to work there please think carefully.

Projects are very interesting and the company culture is exceptional. Communication is highly valued, superiors are respectful and home-office allowance is generous. People are passionate about their work and there is a lot of knowledge that went into shaping the processes within the company, so there is plenty to learn.

Bruck is not the nicest place and, given the size of the company, there are limited opportunities for career advancement. Salary is also on the lower side.
