-Team building is a prime focus; daily team huddles, team outings -resources available to ensure you can succeed; great job at documenting processes. -higher ups easy to contact if there is advice that they may be able to share when dealing with something you have never done before
Cons
-Superintendents tend to lean too much on engineering and PM team when it comes to field management. This adds workload to office staff that otherwise should be handled by Supers.
