Panoramic Associates are a division of PRG. At PRG there is an amazing culture where each individual is supported to reach their career goals. Training & Development is available for every person in the business, regardless of their role and title. The commission, benefits and incentives are industry-leading. There are company-wide holiday incentives with separate targets for trainees and Senior/Experienced individuals, so everyone gets an opportunity to get on them. I've had experience at a few recruitment companies now and for me, PRG is really set apart from the rest. We have a culture that fully supports each individual to reach their goals, we are supportive, it's ambitious and it's a really fun place to work. There is a career path available for every person in the business with a clear structure and promotion targets available at every level. Cons
I wouldn't say that there are any cons as such. I feel that the company handled things very well throughout the pandemic and we were all supported well.
