Pros

Seriously...no Pros to working here. They hate their employees and treat them like they are slaves that are beneath them and dont deserve respect or any recognition for their many years of hard work and loyalty.

Cons

Stay away from this place! They are greedy slave workers that don’t care about their employees. Management cusses at the workers and is very disrespectful. They rarely give holidays off or any kind of paid vacation time. They can’t keep employees because as desperate as people are for jobs they can’t handle the hostile work environment and lack of pay. I am surprised no one has filed a hostile work environment case against them yet. Panoramic Doors is lucky enough to have the few loyal workers who have been there since they started the company but still don’t appreciate them, such low pay they can barely feed their families. It’s only a matter of time before they lose those loyal employees to other companies that will pay them what they are worth. Then they will be stuck with the lazy workers that have no pride in their workmanship and last only a month or so. Like their work ethic their day to day business practices are lacking as well, so glad I am not there for them to take advantage of anymore. Best wishes to the ones still there barely surviving in this world.

Pros

Great people, heart in the right place.
