There are some nice people in some teams. The work is interesting, exposure to different asset classes and client exposure from day one.
Cons
Absolute no regard for work life balance have to be on Call 24 seven work on weekends constant pressure from upper management a lot of administrative work rude managers, personal attacks and no worries for employee health and work life balance. Old school rotten culture.
