Priorities change frequently, fast pace

- Lots of smart people, but they don’t last long due to toxic leadership from top down - Pay and benefits were competitive

- Some of the worst toxic tech bro leadership I have experienced and I’ve worked in the Bay Area for a decade - They brought in a lot of smart people and then let them go, the leadership seems intimidated by competency - The company had an opportunity two years ago and squandered it due to petty jealousy and immature leadership - A lot of bad decisions regarding infrastructure increased margins and introduced heavy tech debt
