      good place to work to meet new people and actors/actresses

      Cons

      pay is crap and is pro rated which isn't in the contract as a freelancer the pay is low as hell also a lot of favouritism from bosses - they're all stingy and calculative lol

      - I got to have exposure in different departments, helping my learning experience - Friendly crew that teaches patiently - As my first industry experience, it was a comfortable place to learn and be more familiar with industry norms

      Cons

      - Intense working hours during busy seasons (but understandable in the industry). Can be quite imbalanced as quiet seasons have very little work.
