Pros
The only thing that can be considered a 'pro' is that a middle schooler can do the work they want you to do.
Cons
The owner of the company is a hot-head and will fire you for absolutely no reason. Someone leaves bad reviews? Fired three people. They forget to do something crucial and when asked about it? Fires the person asking. There's no room for growth, and the average employee who works there is there for one month. I was only there for two months, and I saw three different customer service representatives pass through the door.
