Made me rethink all my life choices - Production Associate PaperWorks Industries Employee Review

Health insurance is not great. Communication is awful, scheduling is awful. Seems like no one knows what they are doing day to day. Managment has meetings about meetings, and think they know everything though most if not all have no experience themselves and rarely grace the production floor. No accountability for those who don't do their jobs/are lazy.
