Pros
Company is super structured and organized. There is someone for everything. Good benefits. Great training program. There is quality in every aspect of the company. Always enjoyed the atmosphere and employees. The job will give you a multitude of experience and there is a ton to gain but you have to take the initiative to teach yourself.
Cons
They promote anyone. Great training program but they expect you to train quickly so it results in a handful of inexperienced managers. No work life balance. Salary managers are beaten down with more hours and responsibilities. They claim that their strength lies in their people but only see you as a labor hour that needs to be cut (unless you're a salaried manager). At the end of the day they only care about how much they can make at the expense of their employees. This only results in high turnover with an inexperienced staff with the desire to make their money and leave.
