      Pros

      I worked with great people, but there are no other Pros

      Cons

      Management is uneducated and unwilling to accept change no matter how beneficial it is to the company. They lied about salary and tried to hide the truth by presenting "annualized" reports. If that doesn't sound scary... let me explain: Try annualizing the McRib Sandwich. Yea, the numbers look good for a month or two. Far from the 100K they said. Turnover is worse than any company I have ever seen.

      Pros

      I loved my co-workers and supervisor - the job can be really fun. I learned a lot about sales and working on the inside. You can make a lot of money if you stick with it. Uncapped commission, benefits are really good.

      Cons

      It's completely call driven - but that's what you sign up for.
