Pros
Initially, you felt like you were part of something that was going to take over the world and the category. Money was decent at the time and received product.
Cons
Working at Parade was a traumatic experience. No matter how much work I did, it was never enough. I'm glad Cami is leaving the company and none of these reviews surprise me. Revealing too much about what I experienced would likely give my identity away, so I will leave it at that. Don't work here.
