Cons
The communication from management including lies and misdirection are the worst I have seen. Witnessed a floor worker cuss out a female supervisor making her cry. I reported it to HR and they didn't even care. I was given conflicting work instructions from numerous people on the regular and very little direction or guidance. and even when accomplishing tasks still was made to feel if I was a failure. witnessed rude and awful comments about others in meetings and again HR didn't care. I believe there's a bit of good old boy system in place here if your in it I guess it's a good place to work. but as far as management being professional not so much. The floor workers are great, friendly atmosphere. If your a talented machinist you can just sleep at your machine. and pretty much do as you wish. This was one of the weirdest experiences I had in my professional career. Machinists, programmers,I would stay clear unless management changes in the near future.
