Pros

Got half decent equipment and snacks.

Cons

This company is an absolute disgrace and one of the worst places anyone could work. Management thrives on creating a vile, toxic culture built on bullying, intimidation, and complete disregard for employee well-being. They couldn’t care less about mental health, and instead, they actively contribute to destroying it. Staff are overworked, underpaid, and treated like disposable tools, expected to sacrifice personal time while receiving no thanks, no support, and no recognition. Policies and procedures are a joke—completely ignored unless it suits them. Managers spend more time in the pub than actually managing, and when you need help, they either brush you off or lash out in anger, blaming you for their failures. Hard work isn’t appreciated; it’s punished with even more unreasonable demands. Their training courses, especially around diversity and inclusion, are a complete farce. They are led by someone who couldn’t be more against diversity and inclusion if they tried, making a mockery of the very principles they pretend to stand for. HR is equally appalling, offering zero care or support to staff and consistently failing to address even the most basic issues. Employees mean absolutely nothing here. The company is all about lining its own pockets and pandering to clients, with no care or concern for the people who keep it running. They lie to you, manipulate you, and dangle false promises to keep you compliant, only to betray your trust and use it against you later. Pay rises are insulting and unfair, with blatant favoritism leaving most staff behind. This place doesn’t just ignore hard work—it actively crushes your spirit. It’s a soulless, ruthless environment where you’re made to feel insignificant, demoralized, and expendable. Avoid this company at all costs—it’s an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone. Working here is nothing short of emotional and mental torture.
