Founder will want to review everything in a document whether it is art, game design, or social media content. If you like very structured environments and prefer to get everything you do approved down to the specifics (or have no work experience), then you might enjoy this company, but I would not recommend it to anyone that enjoys being autonomous at work. Founder will use team work as an excuse for them and everyone to comment your work saying combined effort will give the best result, but he will mostly refuse or be unhappy about any comment on his own work or any reply to comments he made on your work. Founder has no notion of time and will make you work hours on small details to achieve perfection.
