CEO and new upper management are eroding the culture that was once the strength of the company.

None come to mind. Flexibility?

Upper management is VERY underqualified. They continue to decrease pay while adding more work. They "reorganize" every few months followed by an "anonymous" employee survey to weed out the employees that aren't on board. Company structure is very odd. "Company pillars" and mission statement are just published words with no weight actually behind them.
