Pros
Great place to practice your meditation and coping mechanisms. If you love a good comedy of errors, the daily operations provide top-tier entertainment.
Cons
Let’s talk about the sales department—or rather, the revolving door masquerading as one. Joining the sales team here is essentially an extreme sport; nobody survives the probation period. Why? Because the sales infrastructure is built entirely on vibes. There are no realistic targets, no structured commission plans, and “processes” are treated like urban legends—everyone talks about them, but nobody has actually seen one. The crown jewel of this irony is our leadership. The Head of Sales has a stellar technical background. He is brilliant with code, but has quite literally never sold a single thing in his entire career. Expecting him to guide a sales strategy is like asking a mechanic to perform open-heart surgery because “they both use tools.”
