One project manager running 10 different projects. Lack of seasoned landmen with several others who are new or Land Tech equivalent. Cannot keep good landmen. Will force you to install Slack on your computer and hit you up constantly, and will call you on days you requested off prior. They constantly micromanage you. Political, culty, and clickish is their "company culture" Was hardlined when it came to day rate negotiation, "You will be getting $350/per day"

Had the controller of this firm reach out today on a potential contract role in land. Was supposed to get a phone call but she completely ghosted me. I don’t recommend working for any firm that engages in this behavior.
