Pros
Easy to get a job - they're always hiring to replace people that quit. If you happen to get a good manager they will take care of you, but those don't usually stay long.
Cons
Management expects far too much from employees. There are not enough hands to get all of the work done before the end of you shift. If you do stay on your own time to finish, they don't say anything, but if you work your shift and nothing extra they complain that you are not 'a team player'. Most of the employees don't follow corporate standards since they don't stay long enough to get properly trained. The people that try to do a good job get frustrated and those who are just looking to coast (and don't mind the criticism from management) seem to work out just fine.
