Pros

Flexible scheduling, employees and managers easy to work with. Discount on employee meals up to 14 dollars when you work. You are able to leave within thirty minutes after the restaurant closes.

Cons

Short staffed sometimes so it can be stressful working under those conditions. Training is not the best but everyone is willing to help everyone out.

Pros

Starts all employees at $1.00 an hour above Ohio's minimum wage in an effort to attract and retain high quality people. Managers care about their staff and treat them with respect . Very little turnover, most people have been there for many years. Restaurants are very clean and well maintained. Family owned and operated for over 57 years and still going strong.

Cons

They have very high standards for their staff and do not tolerate negative attitudes, immaturity or sub-standard performance. You may not last long if you fail to live up to these expectations.
