Pros
The service that the company provides is phenomenal. Aiding the elderly and disabled community is something that many company's are not able to do.
Cons
All of the employees are are at least 15-25 years tenured and they are notoriously known for nepotism. The CEO neglects the driving staff which are unionized and make up 75% of the staff. Benefits are great, but not for the unionized drivers....the executives refuse to provide the union employees with affordable benefits, which forces them to go to the exchange. The drivers are overworked, underpaid and underappreciated. The executive staff has been known to misappropriate federal funds and they consistently place the company in legal risk.
