Pros

Great salary for account managers, although previous account managers severely underpaid and left for those reasons.

Cons

The company really lacks in direction and vision and because of that are grasping to hire new talent to keep legacy, unprofitable clients. Constantly changing leadership and firing people with no warning. Has great potential but if you continue to treat people as if they are disposable I don't see how the full potential can be reached.

Given the focus on technologies, there might be a learning curve for those not familiar with the latest advancements. Pros

None, very concerning with company behaviors and policy.

Cons

Poor benefits, poor and negative management, no bonus, no overtime, no clarity, lots of discipline, inaccurate work review tools, no hr, low 401k match, and a very negative and micromanaging environment with little to no encouragement. No growth opportunities.
