Pros
1. ParentPay provides excellent working culture. I would say it provides the experience of working in a start-up without having to worry about funding. (which is typically a risk associated with working for a start-up). 2. Employees have freedom and empowerment. 3. There is focus on work-life balance. 4. Working on latest technologies and loads of learning opportunities.
Cons
At times being allowing too much flexibility is perceived as being weak which results into taking things for granted. However this is already acknowledged and being addressed.
