Sometimes the workload requires a lot of overtime

I had good managers but that's not everyone's experience. Work is ok. Lay back place to work overtime when needed if you need it, sometimes trucks show up late.

Inventory is awful. Alot of case throwing some items are heavy. Top bosses don't give a f about their employees, half the power equipment is damaged and the pick system feels so out of date. No pay raises, it's dusty as heck and there are mice everywhere.
