Great benefits with a competitive salary. Upper management is not a distant remote group of people. The transparency and familiarity amongst all levels of employees is refreshing and makes for a truly collaborative and enjoyable work environment. Very defined career path so you know exactly what you need to do to get promoted, and how long it will take for you to get to a certain level.
Cons
Don't always have much say in what kind of projects you work on. No year-end bonus. Travel to some clients can be a bit taxing.
