Pros
Great company for someone looking for a flexible schedule. There are opportunities to move up and the pay for a part-time is better than most places. The Baltimore location is growing and I expect it to continue to grow. I am a female and was treated with respect and the up most concern when necessary by my colleagues in a male dominated job force. I felt welcomed and safe. I moved up fairly quickly in the company. When I announced I was pregnant the company jumped in to help me when needed. I enjoyed getting to know my regulars which made my job even more enjoyable. When we added a new location and even when we were expecting busy times the company sent others from Philly to aid. The management works hard in order to provide aid and support even if its state to state. There are opportunities for more hours when asked to help in Philly or other events we are hired to work. If it wasn't for me expecting I would stay.
Cons
Weather was the hard part for me. The uniform jacket was thin, so good for fall and early spring horrible for rain or harsh winters. You can layer though, but sometimes that too would get soaked in the rain. That's about the only negative I can think of.
