Great work/life balance - Lead Engineer Parkade Employee Review

The team is lean, agile, and very friendly. Leadership is accessible, thoughtful, and incredibly passionate about the mission/product. There is so much real potential for growth here. Parking a real issue, recession-proof, and we have little to no competition. Parking may not seem sexy, but it sure seems stable.

If you're not ready for small and scrappy, you likely won't thrive here.

Cool product concept, interesting space. That's about it.

Morale is low. People are underpaid and underappreciated, and leadership is cheap in ways that really affect the team. The CEO is condescending and gets way too in the weeds, which makes things harder than they need to be. There's a lot of turnover and it's not hard to see why. The product also relies on a ton of manual work on the backend, which gets old fast.
