Toxic work environment, would not recommend to my worst enemy - Marketing Associate Parks Associates Employee Review

Please don’t be fooled by the fake positive reviews. The president of the company does not want any opinion other than her own to be heard. She expected others to quietly follow her every direction, without ever questioning the direction. She also came across as highly irritable. She didn’t want to be bothered for anything. Since she was not open to other ideas from anyone else, she despise being asked questions and avoid it as much as possible. My Job description was never clear and I was scorned for inquiring about it. Under her leadership, the organization will and has become stunted because of the lack of innovative and free-flowing ideas. Literally the worst job I have ever had. Still experiencing trauma from my treatment there.
