Pros
The technology space is genuinely interesting and the market opportunity is real. There are smart, capable people across the organization who care about the work. The US-facing teams are sharp and commercially driven. Good office, solid perks, and the WAVE conference is impressive. If you want exposure to enterprise AI this is a legitimate place to build knowledge fast.
Cons
What the company shows outside and what happens inside are very different things. Teams do not share information well or cooperate. Leadership will publicly say one thing but privately do another making it confusing on what the strategy is. If you ask for context, you are told ‘senior management wants it’. After a while people stop asking. This is not normal startup chaos. This is something else. There were moments that felt threatening, pressure from management that crossed what most people would consider acceptable. The company held an internal AMA where employees asked honest questions about the culture, fear, and firings. These questions received many upvotes, meaning many people agreed. Shortly after, a significant number of employees were let go. The people who spoke up or agreed publicly were gone.
