Pros

- PMG offers flexible work from home opportunities. They allow employees to adjust work schedules if needed to accommodate a better work-life balance. (This is invaluable!) - They listen to their employees and want to ensure everyone is right where they want to be as far as positions go. - Typically, the societies have annual meetings, so most employees get to travel at least 1x per year to cool locations across the globe. - My co-workers and managers are all the best! They are knowledgeable and really supportive. - Parthenon Management Group has an excellent reputation as an Association & Meetings Managment company and they are growing quickly.

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons to list.

Pros

- Leadership and coworkers genuinely want to see you succeed. - Flexible, personal, and collaborative — not bogged down by bureaucracy. - Lots of opportunity for growth, new roles, and learning on the go. - Managers are actively working on stepping into strategic roles and empowering teams. - Human Resources is prioritizing employee experience, communication, and positive workplace culture. - Especially for those passionate about nonprofit or association management, the work is meaningful. - You can see your contributions make a real difference.

Cons

- As with any fast-growing company, some processes are still being built or refined. - Some leaders are learning to delegate and lead from a higher level, which can affect clarity or workload in the short term. - You may need to juggle multiple responsibilities — which can be exciting or overwhelming depending on your style. - Not everything is neatly defined yet; some ambiguity in roles or processes.
