Pros
CSR pay is not terrible, you just have to work for it. This may be obsolete soon, they were planning on getting rid of what made it worth it, the bonuses
Cons
Very cliquey, Director especially only cares if you can woo her socially, if you bring any new ideas or suggestions for the actual job, you will be ignored. Brown nosers and yes men excel here. Would not recommend giving 2 weeks notice when you leave, lest you end up like me. They used the fact I gave my two week notice against me and took away Float day pay, very sketchy. You’d think you wouldn’t have to pinch Pennies if you managed your multimillion dollar company better.
