Everything- training was extremely poor 3 weeks of learning nothing about the job and thrown into calls with no help.
Managers not were not nice to new starts and made to feel unwelcome.
10 minute toilet break for 9 hour shift
Customers screaming at you on calls
Debt collection and told to have no empathy for customers
High staff turnover and seen advisors cry even in training, due to getting no help from sme or management.
No canteen food and toilets blocked always
Poor work shifts and no consideration for employees mental health, work life balance, it is toxic!
I stayed here for 1 month but left as i knew this job was by far the worst i had ever came across. Please do not work here!!
