The company is experiencing growing pains, whilst it steadies the ship into scale up mode, this is something that you would fully expect however from the stage the business is at. If you are looking for textbook, gold standard ways of working, or perfect clarity then this isn't the place for you. There is a lot of pivots, context switching and last minute demands from clients, but this is the nature of B2B start up. Anyone who has been in a similar environment previously will know this and be familiar with the challenges (as well as the opportunities).
From the ground, there has been a lot of noise, restructuring and changes in how we work across teams over the last 6 months. If you apply a little critical thinking to most of this, you can see it is what is best for business...that being said, it can feel exhausting.
