I've been at Path for two years; honestly, it's been excellent for my career. It's rare to find a job where you believe in what you're doing and even rarer to work with people who get it and are pushing for the same things. At Path, we're all about making crypto accessible and positive for everyone, and it's cool to be part of that. What stands out to me is the vibe here—everyone, from my teammates to the leadership, is always looking for new ideas and opportunities. We don't settle for how things are just because that's how they've always been. And I genuinely look forward to work every day. It's more than just a job; it feels like we're all in this together, trying to do something different and better. I’m genuinely happy at Path and don't have any cons, however it’s fair to share a couple of things for anyone considering joining. First off, remember it’s a startup. That means unlike big, established companies with set paths, we’re more like a speedboat in the crypto waters. We have to make quick turns and decisions to stay on course, which can feel a bit hectic if you’re not used to it. The pace here matches the fast-moving nature of cryptocurrency itself—decisions and changes happen quickly to adapt to the market.
