Bad place for your mental health - Graphic Designer Pathfinder 23 Employee Review

The work is constantly rushed and last minute. Constant deadlines and stress piling up. If you work fast and finish your projects quickly, you get rewarded by being given other people's work. They tried pushing overtime on me multiple times. Like my supervisor calling me 15 minutes before the end of my shift and assigning me a new task, expecting I will stay 2-3 hours late to take care of it. The pay is not great either.
