Pros
There was a great atmosphere with the lab employees at one time but most of them got laid off.
Cons
Little to no room for growth in this department, pay is on the low end of the market, overworked, unrealistic deadlines on projects where the employees had little to no training on the new processes that were put into place, it can be very cliquey, high turnover rates, had two MASSIVE rounds of layoffs within the last two years laying off a good 80% of the people in the lab and a good 50-60% in corporate, little to no recognition for the hard work that the lab puts in (when we do get recognized, it’s with a freaking pizza party whereas when corporate gets praised, they get a fancy steak dinner with expensive champagne), they laid off people in leadership positions and when they moved others up into those leadership positions, they didn’t give the new leaders the proper training that they needed to be able to truly succeed, the benefits are not the greatest. The CEO only cares about how we look as a company and not about how it functions.
