      - Great job to diversify skillsets: being a teller and handling cash, receiving inbound calls from members, developing relationships by opening new member accounts, cross-selling referral products, learning all about finances. - Relaxed work environment: flexible lunches, you may have downtime if the branch or phones are not busy. - Benefits: FULL benefits, amazing PTO, incredibly flexible with schedules.

      Cons

      - Not much opportunity to move up unless you put your time in (multiple years) - Middle of the week can get SLOW... if you need a fast paced environment, recommend a larger bank

      Hours are good.. No weekends for the most part. Must work occasional Saturday to help call center coverage. Pay and benefits are decent

      Must help take call center calls. Monthly scorecard. Not enough staffing. Procedures change often.
