Pros
Very hands off leadership, not high standards so one does not have to put forth their best effort and can still get by, remote work for the most part.
Cons
Toxically friendly, give appreciation gifts, but not raises and bonuses, very toxic use of charter and public school funding, no room for growth in the company, extreme nepotism, a very toxic work environment, underappreciated education and expertise, and they expect you to do an extreme amount of work-outside of your job description for very little pay; raises are hard to come by. This is not even mentioning the DEI deficiences and the corny DEI training they make us do without really committing to any students or families of color and without uplifting or promoting any employees of color (unless of course those people cater to the white gaze-maybe they'll get a promotion or a raise).
