Pros

I would say, one has the freedom to manage the work the way one wants to. Not too much work pressure initially, but gradually it becomes lot of hard work and the target sometimes is way too much for a metro like Kolkata. I was instrumental in getting the School project started but later it became too much to handle single handedly.

Cons

They probably need 10 Sales People , but I believe make do with only 4.

Pros

Good work environment, have had the chance to work from Home during Covid times. Feasible timings, Managers and colleagues are easily approachable. One thing is for sure, it offers a great learning experience. Join, only if you are looking to make a great future, steep learning curve, only the hard working people will be able to work after probation. If you are in the good book of your CEO, he can really help you in your career, have learnt a lot from him during my stay .

Cons

Nothing really, but you could be called anytime of the day to explain anything related to your work. They take data theft very seriously, almost to the point of zero tolerance. Health data means the world to them because the Founder CEO is a global name in Healthcare and he is very particular about this. I have seen people being shown the door if you are not well groomed and or disrespectful towards any clients, its good in a way, but they have a zero tolerance policy, maybe they could tone it down a little.

Pros

Great work atmosphere, like the canteen. Seniors do a lot of micromanaging its good in a way, but gets to my nerves at times, I understand since they are a big brand now, they are very eagert o give their best, so they do not tolerate shoddy work, timings are perfect

Cons

you can expect a call from the seniors after office hours, but its a professional hazard, the newbies have a hard time to break into the core team.
