Breakfasts & parties; birthday celebrations. Generous bonuses
Cons
Just because they offer breakfasts and occasional parties does not compensate for poor management and lack of communication, especially when in a position of management yourself. You are expected to just "know" when things are happening and there is little flexibility for important life feats like family and school. The owner categorized my grievances in order of importance to him. It was awkwardly hilarious.
