Once you learn the way of working, which include clearing impediments and de-risking a project before beginning, you will get why they have a reputation for development and consulting excellence. Great people, fun events and they genuinely are a learning organisation. They work hard, but the support you get is the best.
Cons
Not a lot, The Flat Hierarchy takes a bit of getting used to, but it seems to work
