Everyone here is kind, collaborative, and amazing to work with. The culture is the best I've been a part of yet. The product is amazing, customers love it and we are growing at rapid speed so it's an exciting time to be here.

You will get paid your base salary on time. Benefits are largely pretty decent. Most of your coworkers are very nice.

Leadership here has no ethical boundaries, they will do anything and everything to make sure they achieve their goals. The CRO is an absolute megalomaniac that is on a power trip like I've never seen. If you're not one of "his people", you're out - unless he temporarily needs you. He also doesn't hire non-white people. Ever. Also, management always prefers external hires over internal promotions. They will only promote people in a last resort situation. Also, these people literally did layoffs saying it was for "budgetary reasons" while they're actively recruiting for multiple not-so-necessary roles.
